While we strive for on-time delivery, rare delays can occur due to:

  • High traffic or unexpected weather conditions.

  • Additional verification required for your prescription.

  • Specific medicines requiring special handling.
    We will proactively inform you of any delays on WhatsApp and provide a new ETA.

If an item is indeed missing, contact us immediately on WhatsApp, and we will resolve the issue at the highest priority, either by arranging an immediate delivery or a refund.

Do not consume damaged medicines. Please take a picture of the damaged product and its packaging and send it to us on WhatsApp right away. We will arrange for a pickup and dispatch a replacement order at no extra cost.
